The doors swung open with a loud sound as a girl with long blonde hair walked into the school. She wore a bag on her left shoulder, which hung at her side. She gazed around at all the staring faces which glared at her for being different. She rolled her eyes and turned her i-pod up louder to block out the whispers. She strode around, wondering where she was supposed to go, not used to a boarding school. She had gone up to the second floor, when she saw a large window that had a seat in front of it. She walked up and sat down, leaning against the wall, gazing out the window across the field to the woods that laid beyond. Her stormy grey eyes showed little emotion, but longing lingered in them.

"Damien, get outta the way!!"
A girl yelled as she skated down the hallway on her skateboard, shoving a boy out of the way. She wore baggy blue pants and a worn out tee, and it was obvious she wore them quite a bit.
Another boy skated along side her, nudging her in the ribs. "Our class is coming up, slow down will ya?!"
Riley replied, "man, chill! You don't know howda have a good time!!" |

The girl heard voices coming up from the opposite direction. Silencing her breathing she could hear the sound of wheels, as they neared, she stuck her foot out, stomping the skateboard making who ever was on it fall. She pulled her leg back, so that it hung limply from the bench, while the other was at a 45 degree angle, supporting her arm, while her bag sat oppposite her on the bench.

Damien was the one who was tripped, and did a somersault in the air before falling.
Riley burst out laughed, turned around and coming to a halt. "Ha! Nice one there! Where'd you learn to stop?"
Damien glared at her and rubbed his head, and replied, "She tripped me!"
Riley rolled her eyes then helped him up, and said to the girl, "Thanks for that!" and winked. |

The girl turned her expression to Riley, her stormy grey eyes staring into hers. "Think nothing of it." She replied boredly. "So, have you gone here before? Anything you wanna tell me?" She asked, knowing she would get in trouble anyway. Her baggy dark blue jeans, had flames near the bottom of blue, turning to red the farther up they went. They had tears near the top, but didn't go through, just for decoration.

Riley shrugged,
"We just got here a week ago, got kicked outta our old school.. I dunno, it seems like a pretty average, boring ol' school to me."
She flipped her board up with her foot and held it under her left arm, while Damien picked his board up and tried to balance it on his head for no apparent reason.

"Yeah, I didn't fit in at my old school, it was like a jail, no plants, no life, nothing!" She replied boredly. She opened the window, letting the breeze drift through her hair, making it fly in the wind while she watched as Damien balanced his board. "Do you know what kind of sports and clubs they have here?" She asked turning back to Riley her expression still calm.

"uh....theres soccer, basketball, lacrosse, hockey I think and...baseball...I forget the rest."
Riley replied, as she moved her arm and hit the board off Damien's head and made it almost fall to the floor. Damien however slid the the floor and caught it just in time, and shot Riley a smug smile.
She just rolled her eyes in reply. |

"You guys, siblings, or bf and gf?" She asked, looking between the two. I have a feeling neither, but I want to see their reaction anyway. She thought to herself with a smile, but didn't show it. She blinked softly, before pulling out her cellphone and checking the time. Her glove started to fall off, revealing slightly the tattoo that was on the back of her hand, but she quickly covored it back up and looked at Riley expectantly.

They burst raised their eyebrow and looked at each other before bursting out laughing.
Damien was the one who spoke this time,
"We aren't sibs...and definitely not gf and bf!"
Riley bit her lip to stop her from laughing, and her eyes fell on a the tattoo she was covering up with her glove.
"hey, you gotta tattoo??" She asked. |

A girl with long black hair walked past the group. She was whispering to something in her bag. "keep down, or you'll be noticed and then I'll get in trouble." She whispered hoping noone heard her.

Tass walked by. Her friends sruggleing behind carrie her books. "Hello.." She said looking at the kids, then her eyes fell on Damien. "Hi.." She said flutering her eyelashes, and walking away then.

"It's nothing...." She replied, pulling her glove farther up on her arm as her gaze settled on Raye. "You do know that animals are allowed right?" She called over, thinking about a pet she wish she could have brought with her.

Tass walked back. "They are? Sweet! now I can bring my.." Her eyes lowerd almost glaring at Natashi. ".. prize winning poodle." She stuck her nose in the air snootily and said "3 times exactly on chamionship."

"For what? Ugliest creature ever designed?" Natashi replied with a smirk. "Or was it for the most annoying?" She asked, still sitting on the bench, the window to her back now.
